Carousel, Autumn 2006 - Show Synopsis

This vintage musical tells of a spoilt, beautiful heiress from Philadelphia on the verge of marrying husband number two. Her life is then thrown into turmoil by the arrival of her ex-husband and a handsome reporter. Who will she marry in the end?!….

Classic songs by Cole Porter include “Who wants to be a millionaire?”, “Well, did you evah!” and “True Love”.

A sparkling, romantic comedy for all the family!!

This is another show being directed by Sue Payne, who last directed an ELODS production with Calamity Jane - a riproaring success at the tail end of 2004. We welcome her back, and given past performances, we expect great things!
